About this role:

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of their mission to inspire and delight. Collaborating closely with the HR Director EMEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying needs, crafting innovative HR solutions, and fostering a workplace culture where every individual can thrive.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and support to managers and employees across the Benelux region.
• Partner with their leadership team to align HR strategy with their business objectives, ensuring the people initiatives drive success.
• Translate needs into action by developing and implementing HR policies and tools that empower our teams and nurture our great culture.
• Serve as a trusted ally to the works council, fostering a spirit of collaboration.
• Be the friendly face and first point of contact for all HR-related queries, offering expert guidance and support.
• Be responsible for personal administration from entrance to exit including contract administration.
• Oversee payroll and personnel processes with precision and care, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every turn.

Who you are:

• A beacon of positivity, known for your ability to inspire trust and build strong, supportive relationships.
• A proactive problem-solver with a drive to make a difference.
• A natural communicator who conveys ideas with clarity, warmth, and enthusiasm.
• You work proactively and prioritize tasks.
• You hold at least an HBO-level education and boast 5+ years of HR experience, with bonus points for coaching skills and payroll knowledge.
• Excellent language skills in English and Dutch.
