For a leading European provider for the savoury food industry we are looking for a HR Manager Netherlands that will operate both at production facilities near Rotterdam and Schiphol.
Responsibilities amongst others are:
You contribute to the successful implementation, evaluation and optimization of the HR policy. Managers and employees (200+ fte) can turn to you for everything related to all HR related topics. You are the sparring partner for our managers in the efficient use of our human resources. You work on HR Projects such as employee engagement, absenteeism, talent management and you turn them into concrete action plans. You are a member of the Central European HR team and you actively participate in corporate and national HR projects.
- Bachelor or master’s in Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a production environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor & social law and HR best practices.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
The position offers the chance to work in an international, challenging, innovative and dynamic environment and be positioned to make a substantial impact on the Dutch sites of this multinational company. Ideally this client prefers a fulltime candidate, however part-time employment (min. 80%) can be discussed.
