The company provides TIC services in mission-critical stages of the global supply chain in the weighing, utility, mobility and the energy and renewables industry. Client specializes in type approval & certification, verification & calibration and consultancy services covering a broad range of advice on complex regulations and accreditations. The customer base consists of leading companies such as Tesla, Shell, Honeywell, Siemens, The Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Dutch Police. About the job

The CFO will have a key role in taking both financial and management accounting to the next level. Improves KPI reporting, IT and ensures successful further roll-out of buy and build agenda incl. integrations. Strategic sparring partner to the CEO and shareholders.

Requested experience & competences

  • 10-15 years of experience in mid-market (international) project environments + RA/RC
  • Experience with buy and build/M&A/integrations
  • Down to earth

Candidate profile

  • 15-20 years of financial management, RA/RC is a pre
  • Demonstrable experience with professionalization of finance (financial, business control, IT, BI, processes) in a midmarket project business or business services (TIC is a pre)
  • Demonstrable experience with PE owned/backed companies
  • Demonstrable experience with financial control of international and/or international group entities (FX, consolidations)
  • Demonstrable experience with implementation of Work In Progress project accounting
